Terms for corporate and Christmas parties:

Our "Tharen's conditions of reservation" are that we require a credit card to secure your booking and a 50% deposit is to be paid within one week. Final numbers for your party are due one month before the event. If you do not manage to give us as least one month cancellation notice, a cover of $59.50 will be charged for each guest who was confirmed but did not attend.

Terms for Birthdays, Hens and General parties:

Our "Tharen's conditions of reservation" are that we require a credit card to secure your booking (however no amount is charged to that card just a pre authorisation) and ask for final numbers for your party two weeks before the event. If you do not manage to give us as least two weeks cancellation notice, a cover of $20 will be charged for each guest who was confirmed but did not attend.
