Standard terms and conditions

Our "Tharen’s conditions of reservation" are that we require a credit card to secure your booking (however no amount is charged to that card) and ask for final numbers for your party two weeks before the event. From that date forth, any party or person who was confirmed to attend who for any reason can not make it on the evening will be charged a cover of $20. We also reserve the right to decline any last minute guests if it will hinder the comfort of any party, including yours.

Christmas terms and conditions

For Christmas parties, our "Tharen's conditions of reservation" are that we require a credit card to secure your booking (however no amount is charged to that card) and ask for final numbers for your party four weeks before the event. From that date forth, any party or person who was confirmed to attend who for any reason can not make it on the evening will be charged a cover of $65.

We reserve the right to decline any last minute guests if it will hinder the comfort of any party, including yours.

We also require a 50% deposit to be paid within one week of making the booking.
