Corporate Terms
For private dining the upstairs space is available for a minimum spend of $8,500, this includes our 3 course dinner menu with our premium drinks package. The space holds a maximum of 95 guests. The downstairs dining room is available for a minimum spend of $8,000 and can hold up to 85 guests, this also includes our 3 course dinner menu with our premium drinks package. Tharen’s can be exclusively yours for your evening entertainment for $16,000. Tharen’s holds a maximum of 180 guests.
For corporate functions to secure your booking for over 20 guests a 50% deposit of the total bill to be paid will be required a minimum of two weeks prior to your party. (Bookings are only finalised once deposit has been paid).
Tharen’s accept the following methods of payment: All major credit cards, AMEX, direct deposit & bank cheques. We do not accept personal cheques or Diners.

Our "Tharen’s conditions of reservation" are that we require a credit card to secure your booking (however no amount is charged to that card) and ask for final numbers for your party two weeks before the event. If you do not manage to give us as least two weeks cancellation notice, or if your numbers drop significantly in the last two weeks a cover of $51.50 per guest will be charged.
